Good

I recently purchased a vacuum pump for a project I'm working on and couldn't be happier.  The shipping took a little longer than I expected, only because I didn't realize they had to assemble the pump prior to shipping, but the wait was worht it.  The company sales represenitive, Lillian, was excellent.  She answered all my questions and suggested the best pump for my application.  Since this was the first time designing a product that required a vac pump, the information and suggestions she offered was very helpful.  Althought I knew the company sold quality products, once the pump was delivered, it was higher quality than I expected.  I plan on purchasing a larger order of pumps in the future and will definitely use Lillian for future orders. The company and Lillian deserve a 5-star rating!
